Payment methods
You choose which payment process you prefer and enter your necessary details. The payment details you send us are collected with complete security. With regard to credit card payments, the company and in cooperation with the cooperating banks take all the necessary security measures that ensure the maximum possible protection in your electronic transactions. You can pay for your order in 3 ways:
Ι. CREDIT – DEBIT – PREPAID CARD:
Ampelos-oinologika.gr accepts VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD & American Express credit cards free of charge. The process is carried out and completed through the bank with which we work. Your every transaction with the online store is protected by highly reliable online security systems.
ΙΙ. COD:
You pay the value of the products to the carrier of the company we work with when receiving your products. COD is valid only for orders within Greece and the cost is € 2.
ΙΙΙ. PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT:
Payment is made by depositing the exact amount – as shown in the shopping cart – in the bank account which refers to the respective bank with which we work. Our information about your deposit is sent by sending the receipt to orders@ampelos-oinologika.gr. Any transfer costs are borne by the principal.

IV. PAYMENT AT THE STORE
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, Frangon 24 – Thessaloniki, you can pay for it upon receipt.
Shipping methods
Most products are shipped within 1-3 working days by Courier (up to 10 kg) or Transport Company within Greece.
- For purchases within Greece by Courier the cost is set at € 4.5 for orders up to 3kg.
- For every extra kilo there is a charge of 2 € / kg.
- The machines are sent after consultation.
In case of purchase of large volume or heavy products, a shipment is made with a Transport Company, where you pay the shipping cost directly there or you can send our Shipping for collection from our place. In this case it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company of your choice to receive the order, within 1 working day after your payment.
Products delivery
With the confirmation message of your order, we will inform you about the delivery time of your order, which depends on the shipping area of the products. Our orders are processed during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09: 00-15: 00). Our deliveries are performed according to the following commitment:
- For deliveries within Greece, delivery within 3 working days from the moment we receive your order.
We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure. In case of emergency, we will contact you.
